Shipping policy

Shipping  Policy:

TP Leather Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen packages or incorrect addresses given by the buyer.  All packages are shipped fully insured through USPS insurance.  If there are issues with shipping, please contact us via our webpage under the main menu, choose Contact. If the package is returned, to the seller, due to an incorrect address given, by the buyer.  It then becomes the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the reshipment.

Please note: 

Custom orders may take up to 14 days to complete due to each being 100% handmade. The 14-days does NOT include shipping time! Typical shipping through USPS takes 5-7 days.  

All Jewelry orders will ship out USPS within 5 business days.
